The Business Model

We build, launch, and operate AI-powered agency infrastructure for operators who want to own a scalable, recurring-revenue service business. You own 100% of the brand, equity, and client relationships. We operate as your silent operating partner on a revenue-share model.
No. Aurix is not a software product. This is a done-for-you operational build-out and ongoing management model. We build your business infrastructure. You own it.
No. There is no course, cohort, or training program. Every engagement is an active operational build. Our team builds your website, deploys your AI agents, activates your sales team, and runs your lead generation. You receive deliverables, not curriculum.
Franchises lock you to a location, charge royalties forever, and limit your decision-making authority. Aurix operators are fully remote, own 100% equity, sell to any business in the world, and have no ongoing royalty obligations. The revenue share is based on performance, not a flat fee.

The Investment

When client deals close, revenue is split according to your tier: Vector (70/30), Ascent (65/35), Keystone (70/30), Reserve (80/20). The larger share always goes to you as the operator. Our team earns only when you earn.
No monthly maintenance fees. The only recurring costs are approximately $200-$400/month in third-party software expenses, paid directly to software providers, not to Aurix. Optional paid advertising is at the operator's discretion.
If you have not recouped your full investment by Month 16, Aurix provides a complete refund. You keep every dollar of revenue earned to that point. No clawbacks, no conditions beyond standard engagement requirements.

Your Role

As hands-on or hands-off as you want. Most operators spend 3-5 hours per week on high-level oversight, financial management, and strategic decisions. The day-to-day is handled by our team and AI agents.
No. Operators in our cohort come from real estate, software contracting, corporate leadership, and backgrounds with no business experience at all. The system is built to be operated by non-technical owners.
Yes. 100% equity, yours forever. Your brand, your client relationships, your revenue. Aurix never claims any ownership stake in your agency.

The Timeline

Most agencies are operational within 30 days of contract execution. The website, AI agents, QR system, and sales team are all live within 30 days.
Your first paying client is guaranteed within 30 days of your agency going live. If not achieved, the engagement extends at no additional cost until the guarantee is fulfilled.
Yes. A dedicated Account Executive, developer support, sales consultants, and operational guidance are included across all tiers. The level of touchpoints scales with your plan.
